I have just looked at the ABOUT page on That Tech Chick’s Blog. I can say, without exaggeration, that this is the worst example of an ABOUT page that I have encountered in the last three years, if not ever. The baffling placement of the two syndication icons on the right hand side of the page left me so distressed and confused that I actually had to lie down. If I’d needed to go to the bathroom during that time I would simply have had to stew in my own waste as I wouldn’t have had the spirit to make the twenty foot journey. I have never seen such an offensive, degrading positioning of icons in my entire life.
After half an hour of deep breathing, I return to the screen in an attempt to study the prose that Tech Chick has used. Here, I discover to my horror that SHE HASN’T EVEN CHANGED THE DEFAULT WORDPRESS TEXT!!!! That ghastly expression sub-pages leers up at me once more, malevolently mocking me. I feel like exploding my fist through the screen but instead I go to the refrigerator and eat enormous clumps of Danish blue cheese until I feel nauseous.
